Giveaway: A Pocketbook Gallery!

There is much to celebrate in the next week and a half- the start of Spring, six months of blogging, and my birthday! It seems the perfect time to run another giveaway, and as mentioned in yesterday's post, up for grabs is a Pocketbook Gallery!  It's a little book full of original drawings and clippings of my sketches (31 to be exact). Some of the pages are perforated, so the art can easily be displayed or shared. See more pics on my Flickr page.

For a chance to win this unique gift, all you need to do is write a comment below on what has been your favorite post.  One name will be randomly drawn on Wednesday, March 24th at 9p PST.   The winner will be notified immediately after the drawing, so make sure there is a way for me to contact you via your blogger profile.  Oh, and I'll ship it to wherever you are in the world!

Good luck, and I look forward to reading your comments!

UPDATE: Congratulations to Moodymama.  Your name was drawn as the winner of the pocketbook gallery giveaway!

  3. My favorite post was when you gave ME my pocketbook gallery. And made me cry.

I guess that disqualifies me from the contest?

On a serious note, I have enjoyed the weekly artist series because I enjoy reading the interviews and the montage of photos that accompany. It's like being a peeping tom on great local artists. But not in a creeper way.

  4. Oh, Cathy, I have too many favorites to pick just one.

I love the posts showing your work. Someday I will snap up one of your pieces. (And soon.) : )

    Love the artist interviews.

The interview with Stephanie Congdon Barnes: I have long been a fan of hers. A bit in awe. And saw her at the library with her kids the other day. And then again the next day on the street. I was a bit star-struck.

Freshness of White: Loving the calm coolness of all things white. Am considering painting all my walls white. Seriously.

Tips on shooting photos of children: Because I need all the tips I can get.

Probably the post that most sticks in my head is Landscape Paintings of Andrew Wyeth and Hale Johnson: The paintings are so beautiful and really resonated with me. It was one of the first ones I read after KD showed me your blog. And I do love your blog. You are talented and eloquent and interesting.

I would love to win your pocketbook. It would be most cherished and loved.

Much Love to you and your fam.

  5. I've only recently "found" your blog and have been trying to play catch up here. On that note, I will just say that I'm luvin it all. And I really love that you save me lots of time as I don't have to prowl around the web looking for these wonderful nuggets of arty goodness as you've done that for me. I admire your willingness to share other artists works so unselfishly, alongside your own beautiful creations.
Oh yeah....I would LUV to win your wee Pocketbook Gallery!!!!
