This week, I was inspired by a photo of my home taken last winter. I decided to draw a picture of the house on a wood panel after recently picking up a few more at the local art store.
When I started drawing with my Pigma Micron pen on the birch panel, I was quickly reminded of how ink bleeds along wood grain. Fortunately, the bleeding wasn't too severe, and, in the end, I liked the softening effect it added to the illustration.
